Re: Backstory for original costumes

Cool. That seems like a fun way to be more into it.

Backstory for original costumes

Anyone have an original costume that they've created a backstory for?

I have a zombie gunslinger costume I've put together and I'm thinking of creating a backstory, like name, how the character got that way, etc.

Re: Halloween Soda pops

I've also seen trick-or-treat-bag-sized soda cans with Halloween themes. Sunkist makes small cans for the holiday. It's still the same orange soda though. I think I'm going to buy several cans and pass that out this year just to be different.

I think Link is a great idea. It's too bad the game isn't called "The Adventures of Link" so the character has more name recognition.

I agree Dr. Strange about planning early for a costume. I always tell people that they need to start shopping as soon as the costumes hit the stores. But every year people I know wait until the last week and can never find what they are looking for. I ordered something from an online Halloween shop ...

eBay is a good place to start. Just search on "Treehouse of Horror" or "Simpsons Halloween." eBay would have items not currently available of course.

The thing I just bought I pre-ordered through a comic shop.
