Re: Supposed to rain 10/31

It can and often does snow or rain here on Halloween. This year we're looking for 70's and calm. I better really stock up on candy as we'll have a high number of TOT's.

Re: The WORST thing you ever got in your Trick or Treat Bag

It would behoove the dentist's business to hand out the most sugarfull treats out there. Maybe a 5 lb. bag of sugar, a spoon and a coupon to his practice.

Wal*Marts do charge differently by region. Here they're all $3 and are fairly large. They have some giant ones for $13

Re: Favorite Halloween songs?

My Halloween CD includes: Monster Mash, Werewolves of London, Dead Man's Party (already mentioned), Bad Moon Risin', Psycho Killer, Ziggy Stardust, Psychobabble, Lunatic Fringe, Twilight Zone and that's all I can think of off-hand.

Re: Inflatables - Good decoration or Bad?

Never mind the cute mummy. I have a dog that likes to chew cords and well, you can guess the rest. I thought he'd learned his lesson after chewing through the cord to the vacuum cleaner while I was vacuuming (just a slight mouth burn and quite a scare) but apparently not.

Re: Inflatables - Good decoration or Bad?

I have a really cute 4' inflatable mummy. There's a street behind my home as well as in front. I put cute in the back and scary out front. I think you can mix the two as long as there's some separation.

That was probably a dentist's house. I wouldn't mind advertising as long as it's attached to candy.

Re: Halloween party movies?

The remake of "Prom Night" isn't too scary, they don't actually show any blood and guts or anyone being murdered. It's not bad as it has a story to it and a fair amount of character development.
