I wish people did stuff like that where we live! Everyone is boring around here...

I'm thinking about carving the Gosselins this year - lol

I'd skip the masks and go with something a little more modern. There are some really cool Halloween colored contacts that you can get to make your eyes look very realistic. They aren't very expensive and always look really cool!
