Disney World Halloween Costume

Post by mandy0221 » Thu Sep 06, 2007 12:27 am

Ok so I am leaving for Disney World on Sept 21st and attending the Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom. I am having trouble figuring out a costume idea because I want it to be a creative costume but still easy enough to walk around in and ride all of the rides with, not be too scary since there will be a TON of kids there and wont take up a lot of luggage space.

Anyone have some ideas?

Wear a brown top with a matching brown, grass skirt and go as a broom from Fantasia!

Or glue glitter all over an outfit and go as pixie dust!

Or you could stitch two rugs together and go as the flying carpet from Aladdin!

I like that one too - would be really easy to make. But I am sure I would get a whole lot of "what are you"

LOL

Exactly. When someone asks "What are you?" you tell them, "I'm pixie dust!" and you thow a handful of glitter at them.

How fun is that?!?!

I LOVE IT!!! I told my mom last night about your ideas since she is going to be the one going with me - and she thought the pixie dust one was the best. PLus it is clever and has a "disney" theme to it.

Tinkerbell's costume would be easy to pack...light...doesn't take up much room...AND you get to do the pixie dust thing!!

I thought about that MHooch - Although I cant seem to find an inexpensive tink costume anywhere. I might just make one - or at least a fairy costume.
