Halloween Discussion Forums, Costumes, Horror!

Hi,
I'm looking for a good costume idea. It will be "home made" meaning i'll put it together myself. Budget, no more than $20. I'm a girl and do not plan on doinng a group costume, if that helps.

Don't forget the fake frosted snow! I did that one year and the costume turned out great!
