Yes I think their fake-made by the tv crew to scare the participants.

Just wondering if anyone has seen this show on the Slice Network. I seen it last night and another time before... It is more of a joke really, I mean I watch it anyway!! LOL... same as other similar shows but really, the stunts and activities they get the "celebrities" to do is a bit lame... come on they scare too easy... I wish I could go and test out a haunted place!!! Anyway any thoughts on the show?

I haven't seen this show. Has anyone seen Ghost Hunters on the Sci Fi Channel. What is everyone's opinion of this show? Do you think they stage some stuff to make in interesting. I think they do, but I do find in entertaining.

I watched some British ghost hunter show last week. If you look past all the shakey camera angles, spooky music, stark lighting effects, and night vision shots of the hosts all you have is a few people talking out of their arses about creaking stairs. This particular show, the name escapes me, didn't show anything. It was just reaction shots and all the same tricks I mentioned above, but ultimately nothing happened.

A few yeras ago when these were relatively new I liked watching them, especially the one Linda Blair hosted where actual families were involved, even though the Scottish co-host was very annoying. But now it's all the same and much ado about nothing.

I've never seen anything that made me say, "Oh, now that's a ghost."

Yes, I use to watch the one Linda Blair hosted too! I forget what the heck it was called... Haven't seen that... in a long time.

I absolutely love Ghosthunters on the Sci-Fi channel. I think Jason and Grant are genuine guys, who were doing that for years before they got a television show and do most of it to help people, not to make money.

I've seen too many episodes where nothing happens to think that it's staged, they're very honest about not being able to say definitively that someplace is haunted.

I've seen some of the other shows, though, where they bring in British psychics and they talk about a "feeling" that they get and they all cry for the little girl spirit that's trapped there, and I think that's a load of <deleted>.
I saw a werewolf drinking a pina colada at Trader Vic's. His hair was perfect.

I'm not sure I think the crew is banging on the floor off camera, but I do believe a lot of normal house creaks and groans are pawned off as paranormal events.
