It looks okay, but Freddy's claw glove is pretty funny. I guess it is not going to be really suck when it's released. :?

Better not!!! :)

Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

Well, I think it's goig to be a good movie, and I think it's going to be a further development of the 'Freddy Krueger' story, but I won't know until I see it when it's out in April.

The only thing is, I was expecting "Friday the 13th" remake to be somethign totaly different from what it actualy was, and was sourly disappointed when I left the theatre last Feb.

What a memorable character Robert Englund was!

He said that you wouldn't see Freddy Krueger trying to hook someone up with his niece. :lol:

Ok, someone told me that he saw the trailer and let me know about this film. While this looks good.... Freddy seems to be kinda lame in this film, his voice is messed up, his face is totally gone. One good thing though is it looks like this will mark a more "serious" Freddy than the others, yet he does not look as evil as Wes Craven made him in part 7 - "New Nightmare". :shock:

Well, they might still put a "comedy" side to Freddy, but thinking back in 1984 original version, there was no comedy version. I believe the comedy started in part 2, and just became apart of him in other sequels. So my point is that while he may not look comedic here, we still may get another soon. :?

Me too! :) No comedy just like the original version. :D So if they are going to do the remake of the second part... maybe they would add a brief comedy in it or not.... Do what they want to remake with or without comedy. It's all up to them and the director. :D

Oh wow, it's not Robert Englund? I'm crushed!! :(
But I'll still see it.
