HIPPIELUVN'S HALLOWEEN HORRORTHON 2010

Post by hippieluvn » Fri Jul 30, 2010 2:09 pm

hello, boys & girls  oh yes, it's that time of year again  time for us to count down to halloween with a long list of horror movies, spooky documentaries, halloween specials and cartoons, and other fun-filled seasonal activities :D last year i began HHH on august 9  this year i'm starting a little earlier because:
  • 1) stores are already decorating for halloween and kicking off the season, so why shouldn't we :?:
    2) i'll be terribly busy this fall, so it would behoove me to start sooner than later 8)
    3) i have cousins from louisiana coming to the city for http://www.newyorkcomiccon.com/ and my girlfriend and i will take a cruise-tour up the hudson river to sleepy hollow another weekend, so i'll lose two weekends of movie-watching in october to other fun activities 8)
    4) this week, indie theaters in the city will be showing great horror flicks like carrie and nosferatu
    5) IT'S JUST TIME TO GET THE MEATBALL ROLLIN :!:
i hope you all enjoy this year's installment of HIPPIELUVN'S HALLOWEEN HORRORTHON :D

I'd definitely check out that movie "Dark House", and I heard it was cool. I'll add it to my queue. ;)

I just saw Rosemary's Baby for the first time last week. The ending was a little cheesy, but overall it was a solid flick.
