There's nothing really creepy about a movie theatre. It's not a place of incarceration where suffering was endured by people, it's just what it is a movie theatre, but for some reason, I was a little creeped out by that attic which is located inside the wide, flat building which the screen is painted on.

Here is a little glimps of the screen that use to come alive with the magic that is the movies. Forever blank now, the screen and building it's painted on is not even a ghost of it's former self.

At this concession stand, the very tastiest Chicago Style Steamed hot dogs were served. Some times people would go to see the same movie more then once just to get one of those dogs.

Our Drive-Inn has 3 screens and has a great concession stand, and went digital 3 years ago, ours also has a playground for the kiddies. It's soo sad that alot of the theaters can't make it.

It is sad, but I am very, very glad that the drive in in your area survived. Where is it located? If it's not too far from where I live, I might make a trip out there.

Thanks for the information. It seems like quite a distance, but to me it's worth it. I can bring a boom box and come on my Harley, which is what I'll probably do if the Harvest Moon goes belly-up. Bellview Ill, from what I gather is near St. Louis Mo, so again, it's probably something that I'll only be able to do 2 or three times a season.

But who knows??? Maybe we'll meet in person, as I LOVE drive-in movies. If you see an older looking gentleman of about 52 or 53 in a red Mercury Milon or on a Red Harley Davidson, it just might be me. I'm sure my car and my motorcycle are short enough for the white poles, too.
