OT: Happy Veteran's Day

Post by Haunted Horseman » Mon Nov 12, 2007 10:43 am

I can't believe I forgot to post this message yesterday.

I wanted to thank every man and woman who has put themselves in harms way to serve our country and safeguard our liberty. Where would we be without you?

THANK YOU AND ENJOY YOUR DAY. :D

Thank you HH, for posting this thread- I too, would like to send out my heartfelt thanks to these wonderful men and women, and especially to my own brother, who will be serving his first deployment soon. (...oh yeah, I guess he can't be considered a 'veteran' yet, but he will be one day. :) )

Yes, great post HH!
A simple Thank you just doesn't seem enough for all those who have risked and given their lives for our freedoms.
God Bless our troops past, present and future!

Veterans Day

A very BIG thank you to all of those who have fought for our country and continue to do so to protect our freedoms! Both of my Grandfathers were in WW2 and my uncle and Father
did two tours of duty in Vietnam. Thank you!

Happy Veterans' Day!!!

My grandpa is attending to "The Veterans' Day Show" tonight. So he was very excited going see it tonight, and I really don't know why.

BTW, should we say "Happy Vampires' Day?"

OORAH!! HH, you couldn't be more right. My brother-in-law is in Iraq even as we speak. I see everyday the price that family is paying for his abscence.

God Bless all veterans and their families!!!!

Wow Catz, two branches of the service. That's impressive. :D Do you mind if I ask, how did that happen? I didn't think it's too common of a practice to serve in more than one branch. Am I a wrong?

In any case, a special thanks to you, my friend!!!
