Okay so here's how this works. We write about something that fills us with emotions and we fondly or bitterly fuse those emotions into your writings based on current assignment. This is an excercise at really practicing at letting your feelings color in what you are writing.
Assignment One:
Find any media of Halloween entertainment whether its music, specials, Halloween themed episodes of TV series, or anything else you have in mind. Then watch, listen or read your chosen item. Then come into this thread and write a review of your chosen item.

Alright, I'll review it soon. I need to finish up the first season, then I'll work on the second.

Cool, but remember its expressive writing, how it made you feel. Feeling more than anylitical.

Would it be okay if I viewed the remake of the movie "The Haunting" and then wrote about that, or does it have to be specivicaly a Halloween story?

It can be about Halloween or Halloween like, but just dont stray to far outside the Halloween premise. The Haunting remake is definitly a good fit.

I suppose it's anything dealing with a Halloween theme or supernatural/paranormal and the like? Oh, and, what about video games? BioShock is a horror game I've played and I'd be willing to write about it.

Any form of entertainment that is about Halloween or at the very least is Halloween like. If you choose to write about a topic that is not explicitly a Halloween item, then explain why that topic feels Halloween like to you.
