Re: Halloween 2009 Countdown
is the great stuff foam that foam that bubbles up, hardens, and when painted looks like guts?
Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

Haha okay I never too Chemistry and I knew right away that's a Bad Combination!! Thankfully our little town isn't that crazy...for a town of under a 1000 people, we buy enough fireworks to last a 45 minute show

Re: Halloween 2009 Countdown
WOW! 30 MORE DAYS LEFT FOR HALLOWEN!!!
But I would say when it hits at midnight, it will be only 29 more days to go!
Anyway, I thought it might be fun to post Halloween countdown by posting pics every day between now and the big day. What do you think?

Great Stuff is the most aptly named product in the history of Dow Chemicals. If you build your own Halloween props, you ought to just buy it by the caseload.
Careful how you decorate those firetrucks. It would probably be in poor taste for a big red engine to pull up to an accident scene with bloody skulls and severed limbs hanging from the ladder.

Re: Halloween 2009 Countdown
this is my first year using Great Stuff and I'm getting tired of digging the foam out of the nozzle every time I use it

Re: Halloween 2009 Countdown
haha no worries about that...I'm covering the trucks in carved and fake pumpkins and putting a big "HAPPY HALLOWEEN" banner on the front of our first line engine (it's a cab-over) and a "HAVE A SAFE HALLOWEEN!" banner on the tank of our massive tanker That way if we do get a call we can easily take everything off without delaying muchMacPhantom wrote:Great Stuff is the most aptly named product in the history of Dow Chemicals.
