This is a high quality platinum silicone rubber severed zombie hand prop. Prop is depicted as being drained of blood hence the pale almost translucent finger tips. Platinum silicone has a shelf life of 45 years or more and should not be confused with tin based silicone rubber and or latex which has a considerably shorter life span. Unlike latex platinum silicone is UV resistant. Unlike latex platinum silicone of this type has a realistic squishy feel with recall. Like all rubbers it is sticky and will collect dirt so only display on clean surfaces if you want to keep it looking the same. Surprisingly hefty for a hand prop coming in at 15.7 ounces. A pound of silicone flesh. This will ship Priority because of the weight. This is a life size prop molded from my own left hand. It's about 7x7x2 inches. Those are approximate and really depends on how the hand is displayed. As you can see in the photos it rests palms up in a clawing/grabbing like position. Conjures up visions of the Addams Family Thing. Funny my inspiration came yesterday after I sold a couple of dollar store plastic hands. This is considerably more realistic and will freak people out, especially if you spring it on them unexpectedly.
How would I spring the trap? Well it's well worth considering springing such a practical joke with a hidden camera so you can relive the moment much to the consternation of your victim. The refrigerator is certainly a good location. The coolness wont bother this silicone prop. Under a serving tray like Bette Davis in What Happened To Baby Jane? Ha! Bedroom under the covers or a pillow. Certainly the work place has possibilities especially if you work around machinery or something that might produce this effect. Any place that processes food would be funny. Humor health inspector anyone? How about medical? Yes hospital and doctor offices are great places to pull pranks on people. After all as Monty Python once said, Always Look On The Bright Side of Life.
Prop is suitable for a horror movie as well. Makeup can be added if you desire a slightly different look. I can also cast these different and that would be custom and may or may not ship the same day. Zombie movies, horror films, cannibal films etc would all welcome this prop.
Of course if you run a home haunt or are having a Halloween party this severed zombie hand is bound to stir up conversation after the screaming stops.

Oh man! Why did I click on that right when I was taking a bite of my burger? Now I'm hungry for human flesh.

Only 2 other people other than me have viewed it in person and were bothered freaked out. They're probably used to my frolics. The key is to get someone to touch it not just look at it. It feels pretty real.
