Hi,
I am an italian girl and I will have a trip in the east coast, so, for the first time, I can realle feel the real Halloween.

But I am wondering... where?

Which is the best city to trick-or-treaters and feel better the Halloween?

Thank you very much.

From Italy,

m'

Norfolk and Virginia Beach in the state of Virginia (USA) both have the largest Halloween community! :D That's all I only know. ;)

In Italy, where are you from? Which city? And, what makes you think you can come over here in the East Coast of USA? Just curious.

Thanks a lot!

I am from Turin city of FIAT, 2006 Olympic Winter Host City, first capital of Italy and many more!

I will be in the USA for my holiday.
I will start the trip on 16th October from Boston and it will end on 5th November.
But I don't know exactly where to go, I think Boston, Portland, Cape Code, New York, Niagara Falls... and I would like also to go to the South, New Orleans, Virginia, Key Island (for the hot weather :-) )
I will decide at the moment, my philosophy!

Thank you for your information!

Wait.. East Coast for Halloween? I'd suggest Salem, MA. You could stay in the outskirts of Boston half-way between Boston and Salem. Both are excellent areas to tour and sight-see. Though, this is Salem's busy season... it'd be expensive to stay directly in Salem.

I would say New York City. You should definately check out New York City. In NYC you've got just about everything invented by man within a few square miles and it is all around one of the best places for anything in general.

You gotta go to Massachusetts! That has a rich history of being Witch Country. ;)

But if you go West Coast, come to Phoenix Az and party in Tempe on Mill Ave Halloween Night! AZ is Arrachnid country, ;)

Well If you are really after of Halloween in the US...why not come to America's Top Scariest place? Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles.

But if you really want to freak out then it's in Romania...in Walachia, Transylvania, Land of Dracula

I watched this on TV and I can't imagine I'm in that place

I don't know about best, I'd definately head for Salem just for the fun of it, but Salt Lake is a surprisingly good area for haunted forests, houses, asylums, castles, etc. (yes, we've got all of these). Still, I'd do Salem if I was traveling.

The Limph family manison in St Louis is one of THE creepiest places for Halloween!

Speaking of Missouri, there is a place past Cook Station Missouri called Barnical Chapel off Barnical c hapel road. Past the chapel into the woods is a small cabin said to be possesed along with the woods around it.
