what are your plans?
decorating, shopping? ect.
what are you doing to get ready for the Halloween season?

this weekend i'm pretty packed. Tonight i'm going to spirit with my brother and some friends!1 After that there's a good party in Auburn i'll be digging my claws into
Saturday is date day with my fiance. We'll be going out for breakfast and lunch! shopping for Halloween and our Bring In the Night party then after lunch, its BIG TIME DECORATING!! i'm so excited!!
Sunday i'll be sleeping in to shake off whatever party i go to saturday lol then finishing up what ever decorating wasn't completed saturday!! i'm so excited. so really to me, October starts.... TODAY!!

with the jewish holiday, it will be a long weekend my plans include several horror movies to amp up for october nyc pagan pride day 2009 http://www.nyc-ppp.org/ and nightmare: vampires (america's #1 haunted house) http://www.hauntedhousenyc.com/ this weekend will be my official kickoff of the halloween season

LUCKY!! i want to go that haunted house so badly!!

This weekend I plan on going shopping at a handful of stores for Halloween goodies. I'll definitely go to spirit and then I'll probably stop by stores like walmart and k mart for some of their cheaper deals. After the shopping, I'll begin my decorating! I can't wait to start turing my peaceful abode into a haunted house

Tonight I am taking my son to Spirit to do some shopping. Tomorrow I will decorate the inside of my house. Halloween all the way. I am waiting until next weekend to decorate the outside. I give it until Oct.

I am making a Walmart run tonight as well. I am going to try to work on my lighting outside. I found red, blue and green lights. I am going to combine red and blue side by side to get a purple look. ( I hope!) and green. Spirit had orange light bulbs. I am going to work on those tonight and tomorrow night so I can plan my props around lighting.

I am so excited! This will be the first year I have used spot lighting. I hope it looks as good as it does in my head. I will try to post pix. Not been able to post pix in the past. Can't figure out why.

i just dug out my two little, battery-operated, light-up jack-o-lanterns one is sitting in the window that looks out on the sidewalk that way passersby can see it i also plan to pick up some other halloween decorations this weekend and create some kind of display in our one window the other jack-o-lantern is sitting next to the television, so i can see it all lit up while watching the horrorthon

I'm going out to tackle the huge spider web I got last year. The thing is brutal to unravel, but I have my caramel apple cider...maybe with a little kick of something stronger added later!

Then off to the stores to see what else I can find for decorations to add to the lot.

After three hours of homework, I took a much-deserved break and worked on my "nice" porch display. Pumpkins, hay, scarecrows, etc. It gives you the illuision my house is one of the safe houses.

I worked a mom blogger conference this past weekend. Very busy! This next weekend I think I might go to Pinhead's Graveyard, a local haunted trail.
