Smores Dip

Post by MauEvig » Thu Jun 04, 2015 10:34 am

Not necessarily a Halloween recipe, but if you ask me Smores are great for any time of the year! Plus if we keep having these cloudy days, I might just have to make my smores in the oven like this.

It looks so scrumptious; I might just have to try them:

Plus Halloween is all about sweet treats. :) It looks easy and inexpensive too.

That does look pretty easy!

I have made s'mores in the microwave, but when you do that, the marshmallows really puff up!

I've tried Microwave smores, they're OK but nothing beats a bon fire roasted 'mellow.

Funny thing is; that's one thing I read that the girl scouts complained about; they wanted real smores.

Still I might try this recipe out anyway. It can't hurt. (And if I want the real outdoors flavor, maybe I can try it on the grill sometime? )

I don't see why they wouldn't work on the grill.

I first heard about s'mores in the Girl Scouts when I was little. I am under the impression the Girl Scouts invented them. Am I right?
