I like that first bat cave. There need to be more themes for basements rather than just dark places full of Stephen King creatures.

Basements are for storing paraffin used for sealing newspaper boats that are to be sailed in rain-flooded gutters by small children in bright yellow raincoats named "Georgie". Not for middle-aged billionaires with parental abandonment issues to store their high tech crime-fighting gadgets.
