Oh, I see. I'm not sure how TN is about that. I doubt this state is as strict as IL, however.

Arizona also has less strict gun laws, as does Indiana. Illinois is not as strict as some of the Eastern states, however.

Are you sure about that? There was a court case where a decision was reaches last year.

The case involved a resident of Chicago suing for the right to own a handgun. The court reached a verdict in June 2010

A lot of big cities have laws against owning hand guns. I don't agree with them, but it's the reality. The Constitutional Amendment that guerantees the right to bear arms is in our Federal constitution, so I can't see how any municipality can enact laws against gun ownership. They can enact laws against carrying them around, but not to actualy own one. In fact, I wonder if even the individual stattes really have a right to enact gun laws. That seems like a federal jurisdiction to mee.

That is mainly because metropolitan areas tend to be run by liberals. Don't think it makes a difference? Detroit is a perfect example. The city is a ghost town. And not in a cool Halloween way either. It is a city that has been run by liberals forever. Republicans don't even bother running candidates in elections there. Even though I am on the other side of the state and in a very conservative area, I want to move due to the drain that Detroit has become on the entire state.

Funny thing, when I was at Hampton, VA me and a black guy is the school principal walked together straight to the cafeteria for lunch.... some stupid teen did throw a football and hit on his head.... he acted like very angry, and my older friend who graduated in 1988, he said "Hey man! Come here! What the f**k did you throw like that? You know, the principal can shoot you and you will be shot!"

Boogyman, I hatee to say it but you're right. Detroit is, to say the least, a cess pool. A friend of mine who use to live there said that a lot of the auto industry wants to relocate, and that property values are low, and continue to drop every day. Even Downtown Detroit is getting to be uninhabitable. The sad things is that Detroit use to be one of the most vital and hard working cities in the U.S.

iHaunt, I heard simular stories, but I don't think that principal would get away with pulling a gun on a teenager who threw a football. He would certainly be well justified in expelling that kid out of school if that ball had been thrown deliberately.

That kid was so scared, and walked away with football. Well, the princicpal didn't do anything to threat him, but my older friend did because he was graduated in 1988. Right now, he is the security guard at school during earlier morning and late at night.

So, did anyone seen a blank gun at some haunted house or haunted attraction before? I've never seen, but I heard from other haunt forums.

Well, I imagine anyone wold be scared and embarassed after chucking a football at the principal. Where I went to school, that woudl be grounds for a 2 day suspensio (internal suspension, too) or even expulsion, depending on how malicious it was.
