Tons of sleep studies to get a better nights sleep. I just like the domain name really. :D

Well theoretically, if you are a serious Pumpkinhead (like most of us are), you are probably sleeping like the dead for most of the year until the bewitching season is upon us. Kind of like hibernating 8)

Chang, how are you able to function on that little sleep? I do what I have to to get at least 8 hours. If I don't, not only do I look like hell, but I become a cranky badger too.

7-8 hours are good enough to sleep.

I knew a guy who slept very little, just like you. He always said he didn't need much sleep. We later found out he was using methamphetamines to get by. He was a weird guy who lived with his grandma in Maryland. He would put on colored contacts, a long black coat like in The Matrix and play around in his grandma's backyard with a plastic samurai sword. And he was like 40 years old.

Some people do seem to be able to get by on maybe 6 hours most nights.

I usually go to bed around 10, maybe between 10 & 10:30, but most days I am up at 5:40. So I guess most nights I get about 7 hours.

I sleep between 5 and 6 hours a night. Sometimes less. Any more that that I feel pretty lousy all day.

I could sleep all day if I was left alone, but as it is, I usually get about 6hrs a day....

Just do like my folks used to. Tell the kids to go outside and play then lock the door and put in some earplugs.

... I didn't sleep like the dead last night. I had some danged Selena Gomez song in my head ("Tell Me Something I Don't Know" from her cinderella story movie)... and every time I'd get to the bit about "How many inches in a mile?" I would think to myself "sixty-three thousand three hundred sixty".

I love engineering, but sometimes, that knowledge is annoying.

I need 8 hours to be fully rested, but if I have over 6 and something/someone wakes me up after 6, I have to get up. There's no falling back to sleep 'till around 2pm and, by then, I'm at work and can't nap or I've things to do. Bleh.

I have no sleep schedule to speak of. I get up around 4am to 5am pretty much everyday, but WHEN i go to sleep has no consistency at all. Not very healthy, but it is what it is!
