I'm a night owl by nature, but staying up all night and going to work early in the morning really started catching up to me after I graduated college. I finally started going to bed at a normal hour and got into a sleep schedule and magically I lost 6 lbs. The regular sleep was the only thing I was doing different so I'm all about catching the zzz's these days :)

I usually go sleep about 12:30 A.M. 'till 7:45 A.M. so I have to hit a shower before going to work. I will eat breakfast at work about 8:30 A.M.

Believe it or not, I actualy get my best night sleeps when it's raining or snowing outside. I especialy love thunder and lightning. Really cold and snowy weather is great for sleeping, too.

That's exactly how it is for me. When there's a raging thunder storm or snow storm going on out there, it's like my bed is warmer and more confortable. It' s also like then when it's super cold. The dry heat probably has a lot to do with it.
