Today, we will also walk around Old Town Alexandria...

To view the decorated homes, which is always a treat...

I will take a few photos and post here for you all later...

We will then don costumes and walk in our neighborhood...

This will be our precious time to watch trick-or-treaters...

And tonight, there's a Vincent Price marathon on our local PBS...

Sounds like a fun plan!

I don't thonk I'll be costuming exactly, but I'll have pn several seasonal items, and I'll hand out the candy. My husband will probably take over for 30 mins or so so I can walk the neighborhood.

This afternoon I have to put finishing touches on the yard haunt, finish carving my jack o lantern, and grocery shop. I intend to stor up some spiced cider in the crock pot for later. The weather is sunny but chilly after a week of gloom and rain.

Good fun and that cider sounds amazing! Recently, we discovered some delicious pumpkin nog at our local liquor store. I might imbibe a mug or two this evening after tricks and treats

I just finished carving 2 pumpkins, putting up orange lights around the front porch and hanging up a few retro, crepe paper decorations.

I'll post pictures, of course.

Big bowl of candy is ready.

Great Pumpkin is ready to go but now it's nap time.
