Oh man! The mouth watering food!
What is the best Thanksgiving food in your opinion?

I love how so many of us are stuffing-aholics.

I say stuffing is the best part. Without stuffing a Thanksgiving meal is pointless!!

Well, any stuffings would be good idea to eat... I prefer Oyster Stuffing is good!
Some people can choose their own choices such as chicken stuffing, beef/lamb stuffing, liver stuffing, cranberry stuffing, etc. Too many kinds of stuffings out there, you know??
Ohh, I love to eat chicken or turkey livers, btw... So goood!!! Even, I love duck livers over white rice with gravy from some Chinese restaurant! :p

I'm a big stuffing fan as well. I pretty much only eat turkey on Thanksgiving so that's definitely a favorite. My grandma sends me home with enough leftovers to last a week.

i love everything. every year i make a new dish. along w/ our traditionals (turkey, mashed potatos, string beans w/ bacon {combine beans, bacon, bacon grease...not all of it, and a little bit of sugar, it's an artery clog so we only make it on holidays}, pumpkin and applee pie) i have made homeade cranberry suace, cornbread stuffing, bacon wrapped scallops, sweet potato fries. this year i'm gonna do new desserts
trick or treat

We have just the turkey breast and make stuffing and yams a few times throughout the year. I LOVE Thanksgiving because to me it's the window to Christmas! The weekend the decorations go up and the holiday season officially begins!
Be afraid....be very afraid!

In my family, my older brother, younger sister and I all take turns hosting Thanksgiving at our houses. When it's my turn, and this year it is, I so a whole stuffed turkey out on the barbecue (yes, I know it's a fixation withme) and just like when I do Prime Rib, I place an aluminum pan under the grill where the turkey goes to catch all the drippings. It takes about 8 to 10 hours, and I burn nothing but lump charcoal in the fire chamber.

One of the deserts served at our family Thanksgiving dinner is Rice Crispie Marshmelow treats, which we've done for well over 40 years.
That's one of my fondest memories of that holiday, come to think of it.
