I read that Variety is reporting that Warner Bros. has OK'd a prequel to the Will Smith flick "I Am Legend".

Of the three film versions of this story, my favorite is still The Last Man on Earth with Vincent Price, which contained the backstory that led up to the vampire/zombie takeover. In general, it was better cinema than Omega Man or I Am Legend. There was an actual moral lesson, too, as Price was a Christ-figure.

Oh, so a prequel is a movie that takes place before the fist? The opposite of a sequel!

The movie was OK. But the creatures were kind of unrealistic looking.

Yeah, I think they are doing a prequel from the very beginning of the first part what we didn't see whole story. I hope it should be a better story.
