Morbius 3 axis skull

I made a 3 axis skull from a plastic skull from K-Mart, it uses rollon deoderant balls for eyes.

Your animatronics are fantastic! I really want to move to that level of design and execution. I have so many questions for you! Are you using basic R/C servos? How do you coordinate the jaw with the audio? What are you using for the light source behind the eyes? Does the prop run off of AC or DC power?

Oh, I'm sure I have more questions, but I'm so excited to see that level of craftmanship. If you have any sites you can direct me to, please let me know.
Remember, it's never too early to start planning for Halloween.
