Hey all,

I made some Halloween purchases a couple weeks ago. There's a plastic Halloween platter, orange and black webbing, glow in the dark webbing, a Jackolantern, bat and ghost wind spinner, Jackolantern and Frankenstein straws, warning tape, two medium plastic tombstones, window silhouettes and a couple bags of plastic novelties. Also a small Halloween children's book. I hope the picture works, I haven't posted one yet on this forum.

listeningeyes, that's a really impressive carousel :) and I love the snowglobe.

I've purchased a few things so far, mainly from The Dollar Tree. I already have so much stuff, though, plus I have yet to open the many items I got after Halloween last season.

Well, my best friend and I are going as pumpkins this year, and we already bought the makeup, and were using these coolio headbands I used back in the day (when I was four lol). I'll post some pics ASAP :)

I also bought a big "Happy Halloween" banner! I plan to hang it somewhere in my house sometime soon, possibly in my room.

Is anyone feeling the excitement? 39 days to Halloween, but what about the costume, have you found yours yet?
Every year my feeling of excitement is mixed with frustration because it is so difficult for me to find that perfect costume. In the last 5 years or so I am buying my costume because I cannot find the time to prepare my own costume.
Since I love Halloween, I decided to do a little research of which costumes are hot for this year and where I can find them at affordable prices. I enjoyed that research so much that I decided to create my own internet site. This site contains recommendations of what are the hottest costume this year for kids and for adults, it also contains articles about this year trands, and it has links to some of the best on-line costume shop with the best prices, discount coupons and much more.
If you want to make your life a little easier this year I suggest you check the site.

Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

I have one suggestion...spell-check.

I only like Spam when it's fried :-)

I deleted it. Thanks for pointing that out Adrian. For some reason there has been quite a bit of spam on the forum lately. If anyone else sees anymore please report the post so it can easily be spotted and fixed by the other moderators or I. Thanks guys!

Oh by the way, while I was grocery shopping I bought the coolest ghost decoration at Kroger. and it was so cheap, only $4.99! It's about a foot tall and its a ghost holding a pumpkin, its really neat. I have a picture of it on my cell phone so I'll try to post that up. Its not the best quality of picture since it was done on my cell phone, but here it is.

Thank you! Yeah i thought it was really neat and like I said very inexpensive for the quality. Its made out of a thick wood and seems to very durable because I accidentally dropped it off the counter (oops  ) and it didn't even crack!

I love the "classic Halloween" decorations around the house- like the one i just bought. I'm not into all the severed heads, legs, and bloody stuff in the house, but on my yard haunt thats a different story.
