That reminds me of the house my uncle just bought. Except his has two entrances, with one side of the house blocked off (since it survived a fire and that side still needs some fixing up)
Otherwise, if you look at it at night...it's really creepy!

The best thing about Christmas is A Christmas Carol. It always gets me right into the Halloween spirit, what with all those ghosts!! :wink:

What's your favorite version? For the straight up Dickens, I like the Alastair Sim version (can't beat an Embra boy!), but my favorite overall version is Scrooged with Bill Murray.

Mac have you ever seen the story at a play? its really cool! i've been for the past 3 years at the Shakespear Festival (i'm a play nerd.. i love watching them) and have so far seen 3 versions of it..

and for some reason.. every year they have a 2 for 1 deal with A Christmas Carol... if you buy a ticket to it you get a ticket to a secret Garden... i've seen 3 different versions of that play as well lol

I love theatre, but oddly enough I've never seen a live production of A Christmas Carol. It's definitely on my list of things to do before I'm mulched.

Scrooge McDuck will always be MY Scrooge. I know Disney is evil and all but for me watching Chip and Dale run around inside that Christmas tree is the very stuff of Christmas.
When the lady that would become my wife told me that she to used to lay under the Christmas tree looking up at the lights because of Chip and Dale I knew she was the one.
