Present.
All you that doth my grave pass by,
As you are now so once was I,
As I am now so you must be,
Prepare for death & follow me.

Not a whole lot...but I go on my week long fishing trip with the guys in less than 3 weeks so I am trying to get my boat all ready and equipment and all that stuff...but right now the kids have a lot of stuff going on and that takes up almost all my free time.

*sigh*

Some bozo on ebay is upset with me. I sold my sons iPod touch on ebay because the backlight didnt work and he wanted to sell it and save up for a new one. Some @sshat bought it then demanded a refund saying it had water damage and that I lied to him.....I didnt lie in the listing, I didnt know there was any water damage, it works just fine with the exception of the backlight, and I listed the backlight as the only known issue. He claimed I was lying and mislead him....I tried over and over to explain that the backlight was the only KNOWN issue, I dont know anything about any water damage.....Anyway after exchanging several emails with this clown and him berating me over and over I finally said just send it back to me and as long as it's the same as I sent it I'll give him a refund and the @sshat still filed a claim with ebay!
So now I'm ticked off and I will let ebay decide if he deserves a refund.....oh, and the guy paid $50 for a great working iPod touch 8gig (1st gen) with only a broken backlight.....I think he just wanted a lot more for $50....I dont get his issue, the ipod works as I described, it wasnt like I said it works great and it doesnt, it works except the backlight, that was the only known issue.

Some people's kids....man, I tell you all they want is to whine and moan and get stuff for free...and think they should get 'brand new' stuff for it.

my 12yr old son wanted an ipod touch like his big brothers, so he sold off other items he had until he had enough to buy this ipod off another kid at his school (very enterprising of him I thought) so he got this iPod and liked it but the more he had it the more he didnt like the broken backlight issue, other then that the ipod worked great. So he asked if I would sell it on ebay so he could get more money to save up for a new ipod. So I agreed and we listed it and sold it. He did some research and saw that broken ipods were going for $30-50 BROKEN! so we listed it and it sold for $50 + shipping. Now the clown that bought it is all pissed off about some red indicater thing, I dont even know what he's up set about....The ipod works except the back light, thats what I listed, I didnt lie to him or deceive anyone, he just wanted something for cheap......I still think he thought he could take it to apple and get the light fixed and they probably refused him so he wants his money back....but thats just a guess
