I think there could be a third option--you could take a break from the female characters and choose a male character again for one year or two. It might be unexpected, just because you have excelled at the female characters and seem to have done a lot of them lately.

Oh Duchess, you HAVE to do the Wolfman!!! I would love to see that one. And you know what else? I see that you do a lot of period costumes so I'd like to throw a request out there--Queen Elizabeth I. She's my favorite historical person and I think you would do her justice. Pleeeeaaaaasssssseeee Duchess?

The major problem is the cost. I would have to have that made.

The Wolfman is much less expensive.

Oh I think any interpretation of Elizabeth would be lovely--young, old, Bette Davis, Cate Blanchett, or one of her portraits. But I hear ya on the cost. The inventory you have now must have cost you a fortune.

I do look forward to seeing your pictures when you get around to doing the Wolfman. Werewolves seem to be a tricky thing to get right but I definitely think you can do it

But I most definitely will consider it. My costumer has also recommended it as well. Naturally she would make some good money with this one.

Wow! I didn't realize you had so many male characters! You have shown us more of your female ones, I think.

Since you are a Southern gentleman, have you ever thought about doing Rhett Butler? Or a Southern belle, like Scarlett, perhaps? Victorian era might be slightly less costly than 18th century and earlier. What about a Confederate (or Union) officer? Abraham Lincoln? Or Mary Lincoln?

Have thought about Rhett Butler , Confederate officer and Diamond Jim Brady.

The red outfit for the Grande Auntee could be used as a Southern belle, since it is supported by a 115" hoopskirt. I have the wig, just add lace parasol and fan and practice on my Southern accent, honey chile! Lol!

I am too short and heavy for Abraham Lincoln (5'6") but the black outfit for The Grandmother and Charley's Aunt could be used for Mary Lincoln, Susan B. Anthony & Clara Barton. It too is supported by a 115" hoopskirt.

My costumer sort of railroaded my into hoopskirts. I wanted to do Charley's Aunt as sort of frumpy but she was not excited about it. She tried to talk me into Martha Washington, Dolly Madison, Elizabeth I and Marie Antionette. When all I wanted to do was a frumpy Charley's Aunt like Art carney, Ray Bolger & Jack Benny!

My supreme costumes would be Charlie Chan. Simple enought ordinary clothes and Panama hat, but extensive makeup.

The ultimate female outfit would be Marie Antionette, but that one is just a little too expensiive and too feminate for me.

Just did. I voted that you make a great woman in costume, because you do.

I think Charlie Chan would be an inspired costume for you, though, and it wouldn't cost too much.

Hey Duchess, have you ever considered the Gary Oldman Dracula? Young or old. Eiko Ishioka did such a phenomenal job with the costumes on that movie but I really think her old Dracula was one of the best.

Oh I don't think the make-up on that would be terribly difficult. If you tried to do Dracula when he was in his bat form, that might be a little difficult though
