It was actualy supposed to get up to 90 today, but right now it's barely 75 degrees, and it's a rather nice day.

It's 95 in Murfreesboro at 1:50 p.m. Very sunny, supposed to be so all week long, until Friday. However, the humidity is much lower than it was in July & August, so that's good.

It's 85 degrees and sunny, beautiful wind and cool. Thanks God no more hot and heat!

Made it to 93 here. I am a cheer/dance team coach for middleschool. Had to practice outside. Yikes! It is not how September, football season should feel!

Still too dang hot! No cooling off expected here. But, like Murfreesboro daid, the humidity is a bit lower.Better. That just makes it cooler in the shade!

Beautiful weather this weekend. Mid seventies to low eighties, low humidity, mornings in the upper fifties and evenings in the low sixties. PERFECT!!!

It's still hot here too, 90's for the next few days, then in the low 80's by the weekend, I am sooo ready for fall!!

You know how I was gloating all summer about the awesome fall-like weather we had and how come September our 'summer' would arrive?? The forecast if for 90's this weekend.

Make sure to stay well hydrated. The elderly are most susceptible to heat stroke.

Not to whine, but...WAAAAAAAA!

Topped the thermometer today at 93!! I am in East TN, and the news said Memphis in West TN reached a record of 100 today.

I have a new orange sweater just hanging in the closet just waiting for a nice cool fall day.

Must Have Cooler Temps.

I've been using my AC too, but as the season progresses, I use it less and less. I actualy had to use the heater in the car and home once, and then it shot back up into the 90s.

But I've used my AC as lat as October, and my furnace as late as May. So it's hare to tell when we're in the transitional seasons like Fall and Spring. I know that the weather will be a bit nippier when October rolls around. I'm actualy hoping, however that I'll be able to make a few more 'haunted road trips' on the motorcycle before it gets too cold, rainy or snowy, however, not to mention my Halloween Midnight Motorcycle Ride.
