Gee-whiz man, you hate those people don't you? Possibly all the caffeine intake has altered their connection to reality.
And I need to chime in with OEJ, KISS is a great band! I was lucky enough to see them on one of their farewell tours in 2000.

I do have some KISS here, they were one of my favorites in the 70's when I was a tyke (they were a perfect cartoon metal band with fantasy/monster elements). I have some ELO, Beatles, Boomtown Rats, Mike Oldfield, George Thorogood...(looking around) ...a little of this and a little of that.

KISS is cool!, didn't like them touring without their makeup on though- that Gene Simmons gives me the willies. Keep that tongue to yourself, DUDE.

We watched some KISS Tokoyo concert footage the other day, sans makeup (aaaaahh!

) mainly to catch them doing that 'Crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy nights!' song that our kids LOVE.
Apparently I did go thru some KISS craze when I was around 3 or 4 though, 'cause my Mom has a picture of me sitting under a poster of them in my room holding a Paul doll...I have absolutely no recollection of this, but there I was!

Not so much HATE as just AMAZED...
I mean HOW do you screw up 'one container black, no sugar'? I wish I had a steak dinner for EVERY double cream , double sugar, four coffee orders I have refused. And the chick is so AMAZED. Like Moses getting the Ten Commandments. LOOKS at the bill..as if to say:"Boy, or BOY, now isn't THIS a thought.." Even turns away sometimes just to THINK IT OVER.Used to know this chick that was into KISS..by DAY she was a button down nurse who dotted the eyes and crossed the t's...at NIGHT she would dress up like one of the boys in the band and go NUTS...very weird...
More names
NEIL YOUNG
BOZ SCAGGS (stop running your restaurant and go out on tour...)
THE STYLISTICS
VAN MORISSON "IT'S TOO LATE TO STOP NOW"
and Hooch, I think my fave Springsteen lp would have to be BORN IN THE U.S.A...fave side would be side two from THE WILD THE INNOCENT AND THE E STREET SHUFFLE,

for many Americans, Dutchess' reference to TIM HORTONS is going to draw a blank. so some background detail.
TIM HORTON'S is bigger then STARBUCKS up here..they are everywhere..big cities to small towns..they sell a darn good cup of coffee, and started out with some great donuts..they have since branched out to sandwiches and tea and wraps, but the coffee and donuts are the mainstay, and so popular there was a urban legend that says they had nicotine in their coffee to make it MORE addictive..NOT true, by the way..founded and named after Tim Horton, a hockey player who did most of his career in Buffalo or Toronto.

Tim Hortons restraurants can also be found in Connecticut, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Rhode Island. There's one in my town, but I haven't been in yet.
