...exactly, Midnite, and ol' Screamin' Jay makes you wish for a restraining order.

He really sounds looney...I love it.

Just stumbled across a kickstarter program for a new hHalloween album.

They reached their first goal so they served up a treat for the masses. Sounds like a good one to add to the playlist.

Yes I will respond to a 3 year old post.
For Halloween I play baroque and classical music as well as some movie and TV themes for the trick or treaters. I could mention the catalog numbers but most wouldn't know one from the other. Safe to say there are a lot Bach solo organ works I play, few Paganini violin pieces, some of the more famous orchestral pieces like Dance Macabre and Night on Bald Mountain. I don't select music based on the name but rather the feel. Music must be in a minor key. I always get compliments for my selection. Because of pop culture I must say John Carpenter's Halloween theme goes over the best. So i try to sneak that in a lot. My home haunt will play till midnight. I also play Halloween records.

Some great selections there. My favorite CD is A NIGHT IN A HAUNTED HOUSE, which has the perfect mix of traditional creepy sound effects. Also Disney's CHILLING, THRILLING SOUNDS OF THE HAUNTED HOUSE. I always have the former playing in the background at our Halloween party. MIDNIGHT SYNDICATE is atmospheric, some CDs better than others, but really good overall. I also have the GHOUL LOG which I run on TV. My favorite individual songs include THE HEADLESS HORSEMEN (Bing Crosby), HAUNTED HOUSE (Jumpin' Gene Simmons), THE MONSTER (A Pair of Kings), THE MARTIAN HOP (The Randells), THE WEREWOLF (The Frantics), and of course the obvious other favs. I could go on and on...

I love 'Night in a Haunted House'. Also anything by Midnight Syndicate and Nox Arcana.
You guys want to do a little exploring, try Reddit's Hauntingtunes sub. Let us know if you find anything interesting.

It's been a while since I used Spotify. I guess since before I put Windows 8 on my computer, since it's not installed. I had a thread on it a while back...
My playlists are still available.

I never even heard of that. I'll have to look into it. Thanks.
