Murf, my friends from the old neighborhood still rave about that robot costume. It came together so well, I couldn't believe it myself. It was also the easiest costume I ever put together.
SpookMart, I live in a very small town, but the time limit for ToT is strictly 3 to 7, and that law is very strictly enforced both on the ToTers and the people giving out cady. It's a $200.00 fine for ToTing after 7:00 pm on Halloween for both the ToTer and the candy giver. It's a really messed up law if you ask me.
As for parties, I do have a little gathering in my back yard in October, but on the big day itself, I relax infront of the tv and the fireplace, give out ToT candy and watch all of my 'old school' monster classics. I also carve some fresh jack o'lanterns, and some times I'll also play some music.
Big_Guh, as a kid and as an adult, I loved it when Halloween was on a Saturday, because we had the entire day to ToT. We didn't have to go to school. As an adult, I love it because I do n't have to take a vacation day off work, which I will be doing this year for Halloween and All Saints Day.
