Here I am on Sunday, at the Monroeville Mall outside of Pittsburgh, where they filmed the original Dawn of the Dead:

No wonder they chose that mall, it looks so...institutional.

I just picked the side of the mall where the sign was. From the outside, it looks pretty much like any other mall. Only way cooler and more zombie-ish.

My experience is that most malls are very zombie-ish. I avoid them like the zombie plague.

Does the mall have any movie-related stuff in it?

I like going to a location and vendors are selling trinkets from movies that were shot there.

I concur.

The only thing movie related was that they're having a zombie expo next week, I believe. I think they try to downplay the connection for the most part.
