That is just plain SICK! Mike, you did the right thing by cancelling your order and informing them why, and then leaving. I would have done the exact same thing. Washing one's hands after going to the bathroom should be force of habit. One should do their business, wipe, and wash. Even if he was going to wash his hands after he left the restroom before handling any food, he's still spreading his germs on anything else he's touched en route to the other sink.
