Going around with a local would be cool! Although I heard they're a bit funny about the tours! If that's the case then maybe they shouldn't live in an area where a famous serial killer used to roam!

That's actually from the Batman game called Arkham Asylum...the villain called Scarecrow :)

The characters are awesome from that game...whoever drew them or did the animation really did a great job.

I've never played the game, but i've seen some of the characters. You're right they are awesome! It was a job well done by the creators! :)
