thanks vampiress, especally seeing we didn't realize at the time that all the weight I was packing was due to a mixture of the many meds I was on at the time 17 different meds in total, so needless to say now that I'm down to 3 meds the weight has been coming off although faster then any of my specialists thought or us, I've lost close to 92 pounds since March. I'm only about 25 pounds away from my normal weight before I was put on all those meds for my multiple health problems. But many thanks just the same
