I'll make the pork tomorrow 'cause I found this online and had to make it!
Tonight we have low carb battered chicken tenders sauteed in a spicy honey soy glaze, served with a kale cranberry salad.
I recommend coating your entire kitchen with cooking spray, this sauce is like glue.
Spicy, sweet, tangy glue.

I don't know if you can consider it food but I'm drinking a peanut butter stout beer with a scoop of ice cream in it. It may not be food but it's heavenly. Yum! Yum!

That sounds awesome.
I made individual chicken pot pie with swiss cheese on the bottom of each pot.
Of the 6 only 1 is left, and only 2 people live here.

In 10 minutes I will take a baking dish out of the oven, crammed full of Italian sausages, sliced bell peppers (no green though...ugh.) and mixed veggies.
Liberally seasoned with herbs and spices.

Oven roasted chicken with sun dried tomato & asiago cream sauce.
Basil (fresh from the window garden) chiffonade garnish.

'Supremes de Volaille Archiduc' or, chicken breast with paprika, onions and cream.
A simple oven bake of chicken with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
The sauce is onion, butter, paprika, salt & pepper, broth, vermouth and whole cream.
Served on saffron rice.
