Halloween Discussion Forums, Costumes, Horror!

Oh, man, I wish I had something exciting to say! Other than a potential get-away to Atlanta to visit friends and see a play in early July, I haven't made any plans for the summer. We need to repair/remodel certain sections of our house, and I have a ton of stuff I need to go through/give away/sell/trash. Also, I'm hoping my second son can finish his Eagle Badge this summer (he turns 18 in August, so he's running out of time). If he can pull that together, I will help him however I can.

I haven't yet started planning for next Halloween. My daughter, still 13, ToT'ed with me last year and we had so much fun, but I'm thinking she most likely won't go out again. She'll be in high school next fall, and she has braces now, so she can't eat a lot of the candy people give out. So I'll have to put my thinking cap on re how we celebrate. We need to do something to keep the spirit alive!

Not hiding. Just busy working 3 jobs, one of which is just to pay for gasoline. Sheesh!

I was pretty disappointed I missed another Halloween last year. Had to go out of town for work for a couple of months and just haven't been in the spirit since. Only reason I got a spark now is because I received word tonight I'm working in Beverly Hills Wednesday and since I'll be driving past the Halloween Club I thought I'd stop in. And then I realized it's been a while since I've peeked in here. Sure got a lot of reading to catch up on.

Hope everbody's doing swell. Been sort of a tough month for me. Jumped off a ladder right onto a 3" screw and it went all the way thru my foot. Then like a dumbarse, I had the painter yank the board off my foot instead of grabbing a screwgun. The extra damage from that and not getting any time off work caused it to take a full month to heal. Pretty dumb thing to do.

Heh, heh... but not as bad as slipping on a piece of concrete and breaking an ankle like a certain werewoman we know.

I haven't been doing much else then working. Sometimes I get a chance to venture out on the internet and read some blogs and watch some youtube. Like right now. I'm fixing someone's computer and am sitting here waiting for their Outlook to finish backing up (don't people ever delete old emails!!!).

Life's been really short on scares lately except for watching the occasional episode of Dark Shadows on Netflix before going to bed, and seeing my roommate in the morning without her makeup on. Hopefully by next Halloween the spook factor will be back to normal. Oh yeah! I did record Being Human and have seen the first couple episodes so far. Looks very promising!

Getting late. Got to be up early. I'll try to poke my nose in when I can. I rarely sit at my desk these days, don't have or want a smartphone, and can't stand carrying a laptop around. I did get an iPad a couple of weeks ago but haven't opened it as yet. That should make it a bit more convenient to get online, as long as I'm near a wi-fi connection.

Plus, with so much weird stuff going on in the world these days it's like Halloween all the time, 24/7.

This weekend I plan on hiding underneath blades of grass or other spots in the garden, wearing glaringly bright primary colors, waiting to be discovered by human hatch-lings.

Police will undoubtedly be involved.

Halloween nut is back, sorry guys I have been so busy I own my own lawn care service company and its spring in Ohio and I have been working non stop plus a part time job 6 days a week plus doing tons of bowling tournaments. But Im back and back for good and I cant wait last year was a very bad year for me lost 2 family member and other family issues. But Im already saving up for Halloween 2011 and I cant wait for mini halloween in may. Saw the movie Insidious it was great. Happy Easter everyone Im Back
