So do your daughters chase the boys or do they chase her? When I was 12 the girls in the neighborhood were relentless...aggressive even.

I am here, only for a moment, but I'll be back. My 11 yr old dd had 2 friends sleep over and my 13 yr old son had 1 stay.

And they got snowed in!!!!!

I am going crazy. I am getting out the 4WD in 10 minutes to start my drop off's.

I am soooooo siiiiiiiccccckkkkk of bad weather. Only 27 for a HI today.

Good News. I made my beach house resurvations today. Yay me!! 1 glorious summer week at the beach!!!

I will be back later when I get the little darlings delevered to their homes.

I have been 'unplugged' for most of this holiday weekend, watching the Olympics when there's something interesting going on.
Right now it's cross country skiing...snore.

Good thing that we don't have our own kids!

We had a great Valentine's Day last nite, and we slept till 2 pm. Good news.... I don't go work tonight.

I have never seen so many snowmen of such size in my life! Friday night I was watching the power lines spark and sputter under the weight of snow covered tree branches when a giant pop and purple spark left me in the dark. It remained dark until 11:00 Sunday morning. We spent one night in a hotel. We would have stayed another but the hotel decided to raise the price by 30 dollars a night when they realized so many people were coming in because of the power outage. The second night found me and mine cooking chili over a make-shift rocket stove in the back yard. Later we gathered around the tapers and listened to an old radio show I picked up on the short wave. Dark Fantasy it was called. It might have been more fun if we were not freezing the whole time. Anyway.........

I was going to fuss about our weather here, but you win. At least we still have power.

I read if everyone threw their problems into a pile, so everyone could see them all, you would quickly grab your own back out.

Thanks for keeping my perspective straight. You sound great, turning a bad situation into a family memory. I admire you!

They chase after her she, she's kind of a goof & doesn't even no there flirting with her half the time, till they blurt it out to her. Then she's shocked!! I bet there are 3 guys trying to get her to go out with them, so, so far she hasn't found the one she likes alot, THANK GOD!!!!
