what would you bring? who would you bring with you and why? what would you like to eat?

i'm addicted to good dressing during the holidays!! anyone cook good dressing?

Hmm. I think I'd prepare the relish tray since that's kind of my thing. Pickles, Olives, and Pepperoni cheese and crackers. These pre-thanksgiving dinner snacks are just the thing to have when waiting for that turkey to get done.
And then of course I'd probably bring stove top stuffing. It just isn't thanksgiving without it!

I always bring the Julian Pies. that's my thing.

Julian is a lovely little former gold rush town east of here that is now known for their apple orchards.
The fresh baked pies from Mom's are some of the best I've ever tasted.

I do nice fried oysters, and a tasty oyster dressing. I also make a good vegetarian dressing, cause wee brither is a veggie.

Oh I love oyster dressing! I do a good one too.
Plus a really good cornbread one.

I'll bring a pecan pie, one of the big deep-dish ones. Definitely some wine, too.
Does anyone like butterscotch brownies?
I would say I'll bring another type of brownie too - but maybe not.

Pumpkin pie and whipped cream plus fresh cinnamon to grate and chocolate curls.

I baked one this weekend and there are 3 pieces left...until I get home.

Mmmm... I absolutely LURVE turkey livers. But then again, as the forum's resident gut-eater, I like all kinds of liver.
